In our survey, 69 percent of employers with more than 50 employees offered a wellness program, and 75 percent of programs included incentives to encourage participation.

Heart Risk Management
Session by Prominent Diabetologist (45 minutes followed by 45 min Q& A). According to Diabetes Atlas, there were an estimated 40 million persons with diabetes in India in year 2007 and the numbers are steadily increasing. This has resulted in India having the highest economic burden due to diabetes in the world. The session comprises of educating employees on identifying risks, taking preventive measures, lifestyle tips and treatment modalities that help an individual manage diabetes.
Routine Illness Management
Session by MD Physician (45 min followed by 45 min Q& A). Routine illnesses like cold, allergies, cough, viral fever and upper respiratory tract infections hamper daily work and performance. It is therefore, imperative to know how to tackle such illnesses get back to your regular routine while the symptoms are subsiding. The session may further include certain home remedies as well.
Session by Prominent Dentist (45 min followed by 45 min Q& A). The session will help impart knowledge on oral health awareness. Focus will be on oral hygiene and oral care.
Ergonomic Injury Management
Ergonomics is is a key element for most EHS programs today. It is driven by the need to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This session is divided into 2 parts. First half comprises of an awareness building session by an Ergonomics expert to help identify how knee, back and neck pain can be avoided by making simple adjustments in your posture. Furthermore employees will be educated on the same by way of participation. Second part of the session will include personal counselling to 30 candidates on first cum first serve basis.
